Mr Njau holds an LLB (2009) and an LLM in Company Law (2012), both from the University of Pretoria. He began his legal career at Iqbal Mohamed Attorneys in 2013, was admitted as an attorney in 2014, and as a notary public in 2015.
Before co-founding Sekgala and Njau Attorneys, Mr Njau spent over six years as an associate at Rontgen and Rontgen Attorneys, where he built extensive experience in civil litigation, personal injury, family and divorce law, and antenuptial contracts. He also worked at the Centre for Human Rights, an academic department at the University of Pretoria's Faculty of Law, as a project coordinator focused on protecting and promoting the rights of persons with disabilities.
He specialises in corporate governance, company law and company secretarial services, business rescue and restructuring, antenuptial contracts, divorce, and construction law.
He is an admitted attorney and notary public of the High Court of South Africa, a member of the South African Legal Practice Council, and a registered Property Practitioner (Real Estate Agent).
